Sephora, also known as Sephora Ochou is a bilingual award-winning corporate professional and international speaker focused who has recently transitioned into a career in tech, as a Partnerships & Employability Lead. Passionate about social impact and increasing social mobility, she works at Niyo Group, a start-up that aims to provide economic empowerment to minority women. They provide a variety of tech bootcamps to help upskill women, into careers in tech. She has accumulated over five years of experience in account, team, facilitation, and project management gaining a variety of roles in both the private and third sectors.
